Proper and Timely Maintenance Preserves Your Warranty:

Your new vehicle is protected by a manufacturer's factory warranty. However, the manufacturer does have the right to deny warranty coverage if you fail to service your vehicle at the factory recommended mileage intervals.  Hare Chevrolet will maintain your vehicle, and keep copies of service records, providing factory recommended service guidelines. Additional service to your vehicle may be recommended by Hare Chevrolet service advisors.

 

Where can I take my car if I am in an accident?

In the event of an accident, have your car towed to the Hare Collision Center.  No appointment is necessary for an estimate,and, if required, we will arrange to have your vehicle collected and delivered back to you.  We will provide you with a single contact person throughout the process, and every repair will receive a guaranteed delivery date to ensure your vehicle is returned when promised.  We are an authorized "Direct Repair Facility" for most major insurance companies.  We are also authorized by General Motors as a "Goodwrench Auto Body Center".   Our Collision Center hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday.  In addition, we have a "Night Owl" drop off box for those customers wanting to drop their vehicles off after normal business hours.

At Hare Chevrolet, our Service Center is one of the largest and best equipped in the area. Our well-trained professionals average over 18 years of experience each.  General Motors requires Hare Chevrolet to maintain Factory Trained Technicians who know the product better than any quick service operation. GM will issue bulletins to dealers concerning product updates and or modifications that can benefit you.

While appointments are welcome and sometimes needed, we want our customers to know that any emergency with you is an emergency with us!  We understand that a vehicle does not always break when its most convenient for you.  Hare Chevrolet has a stand alone Quick Service Department to handle maintenance services as well as emergency repairs.  Please call us when any need arises at 317-776-5040, or you can email us anytime. 

 

Do I need an appointment for an Oil Change?

No appointments are necessary for oil changes.  Just bring your vehicle directly to our Service Department and we will do our best to have your oil changed in 30 minutes or less.

 

Do you provide a Shuttle Service?

We provide a free shuttle service that will pick you up and drop you off while your vehicle is being repaired in Service or the Collision Center.  This service begins at 7:30am every morning.
